Street Scene, Grounds & Enforcement

We recognise that Street Scene forms an integral part of the Environmental Services Department at a Local Authority. As such, WSWS has developed modules to cover Street Scene, Grounds and Enforcement operations.

The Street Scene Modules have been designed to cover:

 

Power Suite - Streets

The Street Scene module covers Street Cleansing duties along with additional associated tasks such as chewing gum removal and litter bin emptying.

The module offers the following solutions:

  • Management of all scheduled work tasks by using the rounds management function
  • Ability to handle ad-hoc work tasks by utilising the WSWS worksheets function
  • Link to Customer Contact Centre (CRM Software) to log reports / information requests from the public
  • Holding of history information details and full reporting capabilities

 

Enforcement Solution

The WSWS enforcement solution has been developed to compliment the Street Scene module. 

The Enforcement module will enable enforcement officers to deal with:

  • Member of public complaints
  • Scheduled inspections
  • Issuing warnings and fixed penalty notices

 

The Enforcement module can be linked to handheld communication devices which enable:

  • Ad-hoc job instructions being passed directly to inspection crews
  • The ability to photograph or document evidence or offences

 

Power Suite - Grounds

The Grounds module has been designed to aid with the planning and implementation of operational tasks associated with Grounds Maintenance.

The module offers the following solutions:

  • Management of all scheduled work tasks
  • Ability to handle all ad-hoc tasks such as grass cutting
  • Seasonal variations functionality to deal with an increase in service of horticultural issues in the spring / summer months
