Services

As a valued customer you can feel safe in the knowledge that Whitespace will be available to support you and your operation. We have a number of on-going support services available to all customers:

 

  • Training

    • All of our customers are given on site training as part of the installation process. All trainees are left with their own copy of the training handbook for future reference.

      The training sessions are designed to help the users gain the necessary skills required to understand and fully operate their new software.

      Further training may be requested at a later date if required.

  • Consultancy

    • Our consultants look after the needs of our customers.  They are available to offer advice on any requirements, training issues and technical support our customers may have.

      Our consultants also oversee the installation process, making sure everything runs smoothly.


  • Support

    • WSWS has a support services team which offers technical support and advice via the telephone and email.  All email support queries are directed to one dedicated email address; support@whitespacews.com, enabling the support team to receive and resolve any queries more efficiently.


 

  • Implementation

    • At WSWS we pride ourselves on our exceptional implementation process.  The Whitespace team offers full support throughout implementation, which as standard takes no more than 12 weeks from the project 'kick-off' stage to go-live.
