As a valued customer you can feel safe in the knowledge that Whitespace will be available to support you and your operation. We have a number of on-going support services available to all customers:

Training

All of our customers are given on site training as part of the installation process. All trainees are left with their own copy of the training handbook for future reference.
The training sessions are designed to help the users gain the necessary skills required to understand and fully operate their new software.
Further training may be requested at a later date if required.

Consultancy

Our consultants look after the needs of our customers. They are available to offer advice on any requirements, training issues and technical support our customers may have.
Our consultants also oversee the installation process, making sure everything runs smoothly.
