Whitespace’s Power Suite Hub technology is used to help track and account for every single tonne of waste that passes from collection into the disposal chain, with the ability to prove both its origin and its destination (landfill, recycling, incineration, etc) as well as waste type and tonnage. This requirement is becoming increasingly important as Government targets for waste stream analysis and destination are receiving more focus than ever.
The Hub allows the automatic and manual input of all of the weighbridge tickets, validates them against a complex set of rules and only then allows authorisation for the ticket to enter the disposal chain. This means that all of the tonnages and associated costs and fees can be calculated and reported on accurately. It also cuts down considerably on the possibilities of fraud and inaccuracy. The Hub gives full traceability and audit control from the aggregated tonnage - right back to individual weighbridge tickets.
